Accounts Administrator - Bristol

£25,000 - £27,000 (1 - 2 days a month in office) - Professional Services - Accountancy / Finance

Element Recruitment are working with a very successful professional services firm based in Central Bristol to help them find an Accounts Administrator to join their fast growing team. You’ll need excellent attention to detail. Candidates who have worked in administration and with an interest in moving into finance and done/doing an AAT will be considered.

  • 1 - 2 days a month in the office!
  • Salary £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

Duties include:

  • Invoicing and document distribution
  • Managing your own ledger
  • Check and query / accept incoming invoices and charges
  • Managing Credit Control mailbox
  • All client facing invoicing & query resolution
  • Escalation of any issues
  • Archive file
  • Dealing with SLAs
  • Support Customer Service and Operations Teams
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external suppliers.

You will need:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
  • Good numerical ability
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
