Today we’re saying goodbye to Louise 💛
After recently returning from mat leave, Lou has been offered the opportunity to work with her partner’s business and its one of those offers that’s just too good to refuse. So today we’re wishing her good luck as she sets off on her next chapter.
Lou has been with us for 4.5 years, and from day one she was very much thrown in at the deep end. She met it with her trademark calm and chilled approach, she takes everything in her stride and somehow we always get it done, even when we were pressing buttons, trialling new systems, and figuring things out as we went!
Her phrase “we’ll get there” has absolutely come true. During her time with us, Lou has developed the role significantly, been promoted twice, and is leaving us in a really strong position with robust systems firmly in place.
It’s been so lovely having her back with us after her mat leave, even if only for a short while, and we’re genuinely going to miss her, both professionally and personally.
Lou, thank you for everything you’ve brought to the business. We wish you every success in your new role and can’t wait to see what you achieve next.
