Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone - Emma’s 6-year anniversary with Element Recruitment!
Emma joined us as an apprentice and quickly stood out with her dedication, professionalism, and can-do attitude. Over the years, she’s earned several well-deserved promotions, and now thrives in her role as our Payroll & Finance Clerk.
Most recently, she’s taken on additional responsibility by stepping up to cover our Finance Officer during maternity leave - and she flourished in the role!
Emma brings a straightforward, reliable, and proficient approach to everything she does. She’s been a steady hand through challenges and a key player in our successes. Her loyalty and commitment have made a lasting impact on our team and the business as a whole.
