Happy 9 years Tora Atkinson!! 🎉
Tora took a leap of faith all those years ago and joined us when Element had only been running for 8 months.
Tora has had a variety of roles and responsibilities over the years, bringing energy and success wherever she focusses her attention. Most recently she’s been working at the Qualified and Executive level where she’s had good success and has been praised for her ability to find candidates for niche roles where others have struggled.
Tora has played a key part in the success of Element, she’s a big personality and always gives the office a boost whenever she’s here. She always makes time for people and goes out of her way to support and give training to the wider team.
Tora has been a top performer from the start but this year has seen her truly come into her own, she has stepped up to the challenges we set together this year and smashed them. She’s shown that being a nice person and doing the right things together with the attention to detail and drive to deliver an outstanding service are a winning combination.
Thank you Tors for EVERYTHING you’ve done over the years, you make Element a great place to work and I’m so excited to see what else you can achieve this year.
