🎉 Today marks 3 years of Harry Harvey at Element! 🎉
Harry’s journey into recruitment started by chance, he was working in property when a meeting with one of our directors led to a conversation that quickly sparked his interest in recruitment. He realised it was exactly the challenge he was looking for – and he hasn’t looked back since.
In just 3 years, Harry has had multiple promotions and is now a Managing Consultant, with his sights firmly set on the BDM role before the year is out. He’s carved out a reputation in the Non-Qual finance market as someone who never gives up – moving quickly, finding those perfect candidates even when others have stopped searching.
Harry is one of the hardest workers in the room (often first in and last to leave), but he also makes time to enjoy life. Whether it’s weekends away, holidays, golf, boxing, the gym, or socialising, he’s always on the move. His strong values mean family and friends come first, and he’s always the first to say thank you. He takes feedback on board and pushes himself to do better every day.
Harry – thank you for everything over the last 3 years. You’ve been the source of many laughs (my personal favourite being your unforgettable bowling skills at our last social 🎳😂).
