Happy 2-Year Anniversary at Element, Sarah! 🎉
It’s hard to believe it’s already been two years - time really does fly when someone’s making such a positive impact. In those two years, she's been on maternity leave and come back as if she was never away!
After 13 years working in recruitment, she moved to Element where she became our HR and Office Manager and instantly settled right in with the team. From day one, she brought a calm, steady presence that set the tone for the office. Sarah's the kind of person everyone wants on their team - reliable, thoughtful, and always willing to step in when needed. She also has a way of making people feel welcome and supported, and that’s something really special.
Thank you for everything you’ve brought to Element over the last two years. We’re so lucky to have you; not just for the work you do, but for the person you are. Here’s to celebrating all you’ve accomplished and looking forward to even more ahead.
