Temporary Sales Administrator - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are working with a national business based in the heart of Bristol who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis until the end of September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Helping to organise events
  • Organising post
  • Building and maintenance compliance checks
  • Safety awareness, including fire alarm checks
  • Ad-hoc admin for IT related queries
  • Answering phones & emails in a professional manner

You will need:

  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally face to face.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem solver, able to engage across teams and see tasks through to completion
  • Enjoy working as part of a team

About the position:

  • Working 37.5 hours per week
  • Working on a shift pattern either 7am - 3pm, 2 - 10pm, working 1 in 3 weekends (but you will get this time off in the week)
  • Pay rate - £12.50 - £12.70 per hour
  • February - September 2025
