Are you an experienced recruitment administrator? Are you immediately available to start?

Element Recruitment are currently working with a leading healthcare provider based in North Bristol who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary fixed term basis.

They are looking for a experienced administrator, who is able to maintain high levels of attention to detail when under pressure.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

Based in North Bristol, with onsite parking.

They are offering a fixed term 3 month contract.

You will be:

  • Providing guidance and support to candidates and colleagues on the phone,via email.
  • Supporting with visa applications.
  • Ensuring candidates are are fully onboarded and supported throughout the process.
  • Requesting compliance documents from candidates
  • Updating candidate and vacancy records, ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Working in partnership with the broader people team to provide the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience

You will have:

  • Recruitment administration or coordination experience
  • The ability to demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal with an excellent telephone mannor
  • A calm and measured approach to all tasks, with good attention to detail and prioritisation
  • Team skills
  • High level of IT literacy with strong skills in MS Office
