Are you available for a temporary Receptionist role in Central Bristol? 

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a dynamic, fun and energetic company in Central Bristol. This is a temporary role for ad hoc short term cover while recruiting on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and helpful reception and telephone services to all clients, visitors and staff whilst undertaking administrative support duties.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all clients, visitors and staff
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Provide admin support when required
  • Mange the incoming and outgoing post

You will have:

  • A passion to deliver excellent customer service skills
  • Great communication and telephony skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Presentable
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
