I am recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a client in the North Bristol area.
This temporary cover is required due to extra workload and is expected to last between 2 and 3 months.
However, for the right candidate there might be a possibility for this role to be extended.
The Purchase Ledger position job involves the following duties:
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Upload invoices into the system
- Process and prepare payment runs
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Previous experience within an accounts payable/purchase ledger
- SAP experience desirable
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have previously dealt with large volume invoices
- Have a strong excel skills
