Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

North Bristol | £20k - £25k | 2 - 3 months  

 

Are you immediately available or on a very short notice?

I am recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a client in the North Bristol area.

This temporary cover is required due to extra workload and is expected to last between 2 and 3 months.

However, for the right candidate there might be a possibility for this role to be extended.

 

The Purchase Ledger position job involves the following duties:

  • Sort, code and match invoices
  • Review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Upload invoices into the system
  • Process and prepare payment runs
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Reconcile supplier statements

 

Skills:

  • Previous experience within an accounts payable/purchase ledger
  • SAP experience desirable
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have previously dealt with large volume invoices
  • Have a strong excel skills
