Are you an experienced Administrator? Looking for an exciting new role? 

Element Recruitment is working with a company who is going through an exciting growth period. As Operations Administrator you will support the clinicians and the wider team. You'll be an experienced Administrator, and happy to work in a remote role.

  • 3 month contract likely to be extended
  • £14.00 per hour
  • Fully remote

Duties include:

  • Coordinate clinician inductions and manage training records
  • Support recruitment activities, attend interviews, and take detailed notes
  • Handle clinician queries, cancellations, and reschedules as first point of contact
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoice queries and resource management
  • Create and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Manage workload, annual leave, and clinician availability in line with business demand
  • Support internal communication efforts and manage clinician feedback

You will need:

  • Administration experience
  • Experience working within medical / healthcare (desirable)
  • Experience of using databases
  • Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Able to work alone/able to organise own workload
  • Demonstrates a “can do attitude” to work situations
  • Polite, sympathetic, patient, and diplomatic. Able to get on with people and share knowledge with others
