Are you an experience Office Manager? Are you looking for a temporary contract?

Element Recruitment are excited to be working with a charity, based in central Bristol, who are looking for an Office Manager on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your skills as an Office Manager. 

This is a temporary opportunity for 3 months, starting on 29/08.

30 hours per week.

Pay: £12 - 15 per hour 

Duties include:

  • Organising the office
  • Implementing systems 
  • Dealing with health and safety documents
  • Ordering stock and office supplies
  • Diary management 

You will have:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager
  • Strong admin experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability work with confidential information
  • Outstanding phone manner
