Element Recruitment are partnering with a leading business in Bristol who are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support professional to join a friendly team on a short-term contract for 6-8 weeks.

You’ll play a key role in supporting around 100 users across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering first-line IT support across the business
  • Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
  • Setting up and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, and IT equipment
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts and permissions
  • Maintaining meeting room tech, printers, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk role
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (Windows 11, M365, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD)
  • Solid understanding of laptop hardware and device setup
  • Experience with device imaging, deployment, and asset tracking
  • A clear communicator who can support non-technical users with patience and professionalism
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution

This role will start on Monday 22nd June for 6-8 weeks

£13.45 - £14.42 per hour DOE

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
