I am recruiting for an Administrator to work as part of an experienced HR team for a company in Central Bristol. The Administrator will be required to help support the team with a variety of admin tasks and project work.

This is a temporary role for 6 weeks paying £10.00ph (+ holiday), there is a potential for this role to go permanent.

Typical duties will involve:

  • Setting up and arranging staff training courses
  • Liaise with managers in regards to probationary periods, contract extensions and appraisals
  • Keeping sickness and absence records updated
  • Working on the HR database, updating and developing
  • Prepare new starters and leavers reports
  • Work on the company intranet pages, keep it updated
  • Help to check the monthly payroll
  • Deal with phone calls to the HR team
  • Assist the recruitment team during busy periods

The team are friendly and supportive and they would like someone to work alongside them who has previous administration experience, is highly organised and happy to work flexibly. They require strong IT skills together with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
