Are you an immediately available EA for 12 weeks temporary role in Central Bristol?
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a fast growing start up in Central Bristol. The company has grown from 3 – 20 staff in less than a year and has plans to reach 30 staff by the end of 2018. Located in Central Bristol with easy access to both rail and bus routes, the newly refurbished office is energising and colourful and has a relaxed and friendly feel. Working 37.5 hours a week on a flexi-basis around core hours of 10am - 3pm.
As the EA, you will be required to support one of CEO and Head of Finance, you’ll manage their in-box, flagging urgent emails and responding to meeting requests. You’ll also be required to manage the very busy diaries and ensure they have all the required information before each meeting. This role would suit someone who is calm, organised and on the ball as things are constantly changing and you’ll be required to adapt accordingly.
There is a strong sense of team work in the office as everyone is working towards the same goal, they are supportive and encouraging and pull together to get the job done. Although your main focus will be PA support you may also be required to cover reception, set up meeting rooms, order supplies and equipment or help with other ad-hoc tasks that need completing.
