Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Bristol - Central

Do you have excellent written and verbal customer service? 

You will join this Tech company in Bristol to support the Product Team with a global database task involving both administration and customer service. 

  • Remote working with occasional travel in to office in Central Bristol
  • £11.00 - £15.00 per hour (+holiday)
  • 1 month, potentially longer

Reporting in the Manager you will help them out with a variety of Customer Services duties which include:

  • Issue Management
    • Day to day handling of the in-house software queue, responding to and resolving ad-hoc queries as necessary over the phone and email
  • Global mastersheet management
    • Management of the Global mastersheets that update shoot opportunity statuses between individual markets
  • Take notes at monthly meetings
    • Taking notes at monthly meetings, removing the need for both Acquisition FTE members to attend all monthly market meetings.
  • Updating the in-house tracker
