Temporary Accounts Receivable

6 weeks | Hybrid | £11.00 p/h - £15.00 p/h

An opportunity for a Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant has arisen to join a successful global company based in Bristol City Centre. They are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills with an excellent attention to detail, previous accounts experience would also be beneficial. You also need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

 

The Role 

  • Preparation of invoices and credit notes for sales
  • Taking phone payments and processing refunds
  • Management of the credit control process from end to end including liaising with the sales teams on outstanding debt
  • Reconciliation the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Be the point of contact for all internal and external invoice and payment queries
  • To ensure customers pay on time and aged debt is kept to a minimum
  • Month end invoice and aged debt reporting
  • Other adhoc finance duties as required
