Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant (part time) - Bristol

Element Recruitment are working with a fantastic organisation in Central Bristol. They are in need of a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant on a part time basis working 22.5 hours per week ideally working Monday - Wednesday. It will be initially on a temporary basis fo 3 months, but could go permanent in the future for the right person. 

£12.82 per hour

• Setting up the payment run on a weekly basis
• Checking that all invoices are appropriately authorised and signed off. 
• Uploading the payment run to the bank once initial approval is received.
• Co-ordinate the new supplier set-up process and chasing suppliers to ensure appropriate documentation is provided.
• Managing and responding to any queries that come into the AP inbox on a timely basis
• Maintaining the integrity/accuracy of the AP ledger. 
• Act as first reviewer on Credit Card and out of pocket expense claims in SAP Concur system.
• Generate and post journals from SAP Concur system into Sage on a timely basis. 
• Updates payment/deposit information in the Cost of Sales Model
