Senior Risk & Compliance Officer - Cirencester

Newly created opportunity for a Senior Risk and Compliance officer to join this evolving and community led organisation. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys continuous process improvement. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Head of Risk on continuous improvement of risk management framework
• Supporting Head of Compliance in ensuring the maintenance of compliance with existing regulatory rules and guidelines
• Providing support and challenge on all incidents reported by the business
• Performing risk monitoring reviews
• Providing Compliance monitoring reviews
• Working with the business on continuous development and improvement of compliance and risk

Your profile:

• Risk CPD / Compliance CPD gained within Financial Services
• Strong communicator
• Experience of incident management processes and root cause analysis
