Senior HR Advisor - Bristol

Element Recruitment Limited is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent HR Advisor to join a growing, UK wide company with their HQ based in Bristol. As a HR Advisor, your role will involve working alongside the wider business to support managers with all ER issues and ensure all people policies and procedures are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, high-quality ER advice and follow-up support.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Coach and guide managers on ER matters
• Manage, prioritise and report on ER case load a
• Support with HR related projects alongside the wider HR team

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong HR and employment law knowledge
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Hybrid working in Bristol, Salary upto £55,000 + annual bonus and competitive benefits!
