They're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner, to manage and develop the business partnering team and partner at Exec level. We're looking for a qualified accountant with very strong commercial and influential skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the business partnering team and deliver a best-in-class finance business partnering service 
• Influence and guide senior leaders across the organisation on financial targets, cost efficiencies and commercial awareness 
• Support on strategic decision making, analysis and business development
• Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting, forecasting and insight.
• Produce monthly management accounts
• Provide insightful commentary on actual results
• Support with the budget and planning process 
• Challenge and support stakeholders to deliver a realistic but stretching budget and outlook

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Experience influencing and challenging at a senior level
• Experience of managing is desirable
• Very strong analytical skills and Excel
