Are you immediately available for a temporary role as a School Administrator? 

Working for a school in Bristol you will join as Faculty Administrator on a temporary basis until April 2020. 


  • To work as part of the Faculty Administrative Support team to ensure the provision of an efficient and professional administrative support service (ie one administrator in each of the four Faculties).
  • To handle enquiries from staff and student and resolving problems where appropriate, (taking accurate messages, following up and signposting more complex issues as appropriate).
  • To provide administrative support in relation to recruitment, admissions, enrollment, induction, teaching, learning and other cross-college processes.
  • To undertake general administrative duties including: receipt and distribution of mail, drafting of standard correspondence, processing invoices and claim forms, filing and photocopying, booking meeting rooms and catering, diary management, accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • To arrange and support committees, meetings and working groups (for the Faculty and its members as required).

You will be required to complete a DBS for this role.
