Sales Trainer - Swindon

Have you previously worked in L&D? Or do you currently work in a contact centre or sales role, are passionate about coaching and want to pursue this on a full time basis?

Element Recruitment are working with a Global commercial company in Swindon.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of all training, consistently seek ways to improve the service. Your key objective will be to ensure the teams are working at an optimum level of performance and training needs support and developed at all times.

Salary up to £35,000 per annum + great benefits

Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

Swindon based

Duties include:

• Induction, training and development of new starters
• Manage 121s of the sales team
• Coordinate training and coaching session
• Contribute to the design and development of training and support solutions
• Help sales team hit overall target

You will:

• Have previous experience in a training or coaching environment or be a top performer who is now ready to pass on their knowledge
• Love all things customer service and sales
• Proven experience of hitting targets and setting goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Happy to research new coaching techniques
