Swindon 

£19,500 per annum

Our client, reputable distributor is currently recruiting for Sales Administrator for their busy office in Swindon. They also have a sales division that operates both industrial and construction distribution.

The Role:

They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small and very busy team.  You will be a main point of contact for our clients customers with queries about products, orders and provide support for the sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via telephone and email.
  • Handle queries from our Sales Representatives and customers via telephone and email.
  • Process invoices.
  • Arrange collections for tools that require repair and the return of tools that have been repaired.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Contacting customers for payment on outstanding orders.
  • General office duties.

Requirements:

  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Able to input data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi task and be organised.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Able to use Mircosoft packages such as Outlook and Word.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to adapt to change.
