Revenue Accountant

£ 24,000 - £ 26,000 | Bristol North

Based in North Bristol, as a Revenue Accountant you’ll join an international, Blue-chip company. As the Revenue Accountant you will be responsible to effectively recognise revenue into the Profit and Loss account ensuring data is verified and accurate.  

In order to succeed in this job, you should have strong Excel, be able to communicate with people at all levels, and are a well-organised individual.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the revenue process on a monthly basis
• Assist with the checking and process revenues relevant to all other revenue streams
• Monthly reconciliation of the sales ledger control accounts and provide debt recovery measures where applicable.
• Proactive involvement with implementation and development of systems and processes

Skills

• Previous experience in a similar finance role
• Ideally qualified or currently studying AAT level 3 or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonally with an ability to engage with finance/non-finance staff
• Ideally 1-3 years experience within a similar position
