Element Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a successful, well established market leader based in the North of Bristol. They have an exciting opportunity for a resourcing/coordinator to join their busy and growing team. This is a great role where you will be expected to provide business and operation support to the sales team. You will be able to balance your priorities and time effectively in order to provide your customers with the best service possible. As a Coordinator you will also be responsible for sourcing all aspects for the business. This includes scheduling site activities, sourcing materials and coordinating with the sub contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate via email and phone to customers
  • Schedule and organise site teams and sub contractors
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding sales information
  • Monitor the performance of jobs
  • Communicating with site teams
  • Complete financial activities such as purchase orders
