Element Recruitment are working with a busy recruitment team based in Central Bristol, who are looking for a referencing administrator to join their expanding team.

As a Referencing Administrator, you will be working to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.



This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.  

£10.00 per hour. 

37.5 hours per week. 

It will be for 12 weeks (although likely to be extended / made permanent after 6 months)

 

Duties will include:

  • Working with the Compliance department closely
  • Updating and maintaining systems
  • Obtaining employment references and obtaining right to work documents


You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken communication
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and work multiple work streams simultaneously
  • A good telephone manner and a confidence to speak with people over the phone
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a professional corporation
  • Accurate IT skills
  • Excellent time management skills
