Recruitment Manager - Bristol

Do you have experience of working within Technical / Engineering Recruitment? Do you have management experience?

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with an Engineering company in Bristol / South West to support them finding a Recruitment Manager. You’ll join the already established in-house team to come in and help lead the team, while also supporting on both Technical, Engineering and volume recruitment roles. Ideally you will already have in-house recruitment experience.

Salary is between £35,000 - £38,500 + great benefits

This role is currently remote working due to COVID. When the office does reopen you’ll ideally need to be able to go to site at least 1-2 days per week.

What you will need:

• Experience with Technical / Engineering recruitment (essential)
• Experience leading / managing a team (essential)
• At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• To be happy with volume recruitment as well as head hunting
• In-house recruitment experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of IR35 and be able be the main lead on this
• Visa processing knowledge
• An active presence of LinkedIn and being able to use this as a recruitment tool
