- Provide end to end administrative support throughout the recruitment process
- Use various recruiting platforms (ATS, Tech specific job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media etc) to advertise and attract high quality candidates
- Arrange Interviews for a variety of roles
- Be the first point of contact for all candidates and ensure timely communications to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support the administration of International hiring including working with 'Employer of Record' companies and processing UK visa applications
- Obtain employment references
- Prepare employment contracts and arrange start dates
- A strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a professional manner
- Well organised and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A confident user of ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques
