Are you available for a short-term temporary Receptionist contract? 

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a marketing company in Central Bristol. This is a temporary role for ad hoc short term basis. You will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and helpful reception and telephone services to all clients, visitors and staff whilst undertaking administrative support duties.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all clients, visitors and staff
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Provide admin support when required
  • Mange the incoming and outgoing post

You will have:

  • Great communication and telephony skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use your own initiative
