Expanding International employer in Swindon, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses. This is a pivotal role to shorten the month end close timetable. You'll have previous experience in either Accounts Payable or coding and processing invoices. You will also be a proactive team player. They offer a hybrid working environment meaning 2-3 days in the office. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Process all supplier invoices into SAP business one
  • Tracking supplier invoices to determine month end accruals and prepayments
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare and post monthly supplier payment run
  • Match supplier payments to supplier invoices
  • UK month end accruals and prepayments

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience of coding and processing invoices
  • Working towards AAT Qualification (desirable not essential)
  • Team player
