Element are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing Automotive business based in central Bristol into their busy accounts payable team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This growing Automotive business are market leaders in their field, they have sites across the UK and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their successful Finance team in their Head Office.

Description

Your duties will include but not be limited to -

  • Match, batch and coding of manual and purchase order invoices
  • Bank reconciliations (training can be provided)
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Query resolution via telephone and email
  • Adhoc duties

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger clerk will;

  • Have worked in a finance role previously
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Will be immediately available or on one weeks notice 
  • Basic excel and word skills

This role is suited to a Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to join a growing well established business.
