You will be working for this prestigious business based near Clifton. This role will also come with parking! This is a full time role but the client will be flexible on working hours. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to report to the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for all aspects of transactional ledger processing from invoice receipt to supplier payment. 

The business are putting a new system in place so you will be involved in the testing and implementation phase with processing and data migration. Daily duties will cover:

  • Registering invoices onto the system
  • Matching invoices to orders, resolving supplier queries and internal stakeholders
  • Obtaining sign off for invoices that do not need PO numbers
  • Reconciling supplier accounts to supplier statements
  • Create BACS payments and manual payments as needed
  • Request set up of new suppliers when needed

To be considered for this role you will need Purchase Ledger experience, be able to multi task and be accurate with the way you work
