Are you an experience administrator? Are you looking to work with a organisation making a difference in the community? 

Element Recruitment are currently working with a organisation who are looking for a Property Coordinator to join their team. 

They are looking for a highly organised individual with a keen interest in working in a high varied role. 

You will be carrying out various administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the Property Services Department.

Based in Central Bristol. 

Salary: £26,000

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing front line support for the Property Services Department 
  • Production and compilation of documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Management of property lettings 
  • Development and maintenance of the property database 
  • Development and maintenance of a property mapping based record system 
  • Administer and improve the property record system including the move to an electronic record system.
  • Rent and credit control 
  • Note and / or minute taking at meetings   

You will have:

  • Good communication skills. 
  • Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. 
  • Time management skills. 
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from a variety of backgrounds and experience.
