Project Finance Administrator - Tewkesbury

£18,000 - £22,000 + Benefits - Accountancy / Finance

Are you a Finance Administrator who thrives in a project environment? We're currently working with an Award Winning business in Tewkesbury to find a Project Finance Administrator. You will be highly numerical, organised, and strong with Excel. This is working as part of a collaborative team in this constantly evolving business.

 

Reporting into the Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:

  • Raising quotations for jobs and efficiently processing the receipt of customer purchase orders.
  • Raising supplier purchase orders, and sending to suppliers.
  • Liaising with the project team to ensure any queries are resolved.
  • Raising sales invoices and ensuring all project billing is completed within month end submission.
  • Assisting the project finance team with preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.

 

Your Profile:

  • Ability to use spreadsheets to interpret and collate financial data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent numerical and computer literacy skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
