Have you got previous as a Team Leader? Do you have experience dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner?

Working for a healthcare provider you will join the busy and supportive team as Team Leader handling customer complaints and queries. You’ll have 3 direct reports who you will support to deliver excellent customer service and in a discrete, confidential and empathetic manner.

This is a permanent role paying £26,000 per annum. Working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate effectively and professional with third party organisations
  • Handle the complaints in the care support centre
  • Training new members of the team
  • Administration of patient cases
  • Logging third-party complaints on the reporting trackers
  • Managerial duties such absence reviews, 1-2-1’s, managing holidays and probation reviews
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and clinic staff
  • Assist, handle and resolve patient complaints in a timely manner
  • Collating data and producing reports

What we’re looking for:

  • A clinical background is desirable
  • Proven experience handling complaints
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of using databases
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Discrete and confidential
