Element Recruitment are working with a leading healthcare provider to help them recruitment for a Patient Liaison Complaints Handler. You will join a very busy but supportive team handling customer complaints and queries. You will be able to provide excellent customer service and in a discrete, confidential and empathetic manner.
This is a permanent role paying up to £24,000 per annum + benefits. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
