Have you got excellent customer service experience? The ability to handle customer complaints in a calm, discrete and professional manner?

Element Recruitment are working with a leading healthcare provider to help them recruitment for a Patient Liaison Complaints Handler. You will join a very busy but supportive team handling customer complaints and queries. You will be able to provide excellent customer service and in a discrete, confidential and empathetic manner.

This is a permanent role paying up to £24,000 per annum + benefits. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle the complaints in the care support centre which cannot be resolved in the practice
  • Ensure complaints are logged correctly on the system
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and clinical staff
  • Assist, handle and resolve patient complaints in a timely manner

What we’re looking for:

  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of using databases
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Discrete and confidential
