Operations Clerk Administrator - Bristol

Are you an experienced Administrator? Would you like an exciting new role?

Element Recruitment are working with a logistics company, a pioneer in today’s emerging markets. They are currently looking for several Operations Clerks to join their fast-paced Operations team.

They are looking for willing individuals, who would look to become an integral part of the team and to potentially grow within the company.

Duties will include: Liaison with customers, internal parties and external suppliers, as well as general administration tasks.

Based in their North Bristol office.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

This is a permanent, full time office based opportunity.

Duties include:

  • Receive jobs from Customers
  • Review Job for data accuracy and correct documentation
  • Document production and reconciliation
  • Monitor customs declaration forms
  • Arrange collection from carriers and onward delivery to customer imports
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to teams
  • Proactive support of Customer Service teams
  • Liaise with external suppliers

You will have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
