Office Manager - Weston Super Mare

Are you an experienced Office Manager?  Looking for a role in Weston?

As Office Manager you will join a manufacturing company in Weston to ensure the smooth running of the office and manage the Administration team. You will have a hands on approach to working and not be afraid to get stuck in.

This is a permanent role paying up to £28,000 per annum + benefits.

Duties include:

  • Managing the administration team
  • Organising meetings
  • Ordering stationery an office supplies
  • Implementing and maintain office polices and procedures and strive for staff performance improvements
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding of new starters
  • General administration duties
  • Reconcile Sales order and inputting invoice details

You will need:

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To be reactive
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Have an understanding of finances
  • Good level of administrative experience
