We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to join a SME company based in Bristol. This is a newly created role due to growth of the company. On a day-to-day basis you will support the office with general administration, contracts, stationery supplies and engaging with suppliers, as well as Supporting the Booker Keeper with invoices, credit notes, POs, VAT reconciliations and payment tracking. 

This is a varied role and will be roughly a 50/50 split between administration and junior finance.

Salary is £18,000 - £20,000 + great benefits + profit share

This role will initially be working from home and eventually back in the office but there will still be a degree of flexible working. 

Duties includes:

  • Invoicing, POs, credit notes, payment tracking
  • Managing company inbox
  • Organising travel
  • Ordering stationery & IT equipment
  • Organising meetings
  • Any other ad hoc duties

You will have:

  • Self-motivation and will to learn 
  • Administration experience
  • Finance experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to speak French and / or Spanish (desirable)

This will suit someone with 1+ year of admin / office experience
