Element Recruitment are working with a professional services firm based in Central Bristol, who are looking for an Office & Events Assistant to join support the wider business. This is fast paced and varied role, where you will be working closely with the Office Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Stock control for stationery and office supplies
  • Maintaining a high standard in the office
  • Ensuring the office meets with all health & safety measures
  • Arranging conference events and external meetings 
  • Covering Reception when necessary 
  • Ordering catering and refreshments for internal meetings 

About you:

  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to multitask and working flexibly within a team.
  • Excellent IT literacy and experience

This role is based in Central Bristol with hybrid working, paying upto £20,000 per annum.
