Are you looking for an Administration role? 

Element Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company in South Bristol to help them recruitment for an Office Administrator. This is a varied role and you will also get involved with some finance duties including inputting of purchase invoices and reconciliation of sales orders. You will join the team of 3 administrators to help support across different sites. 

This is a permanent role paying between £17,000 - £20,000. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. 

Duties includes:

  • Processing and filing of paperwork for products sold
  • Inputting of invoices on the system
  • Updating the database and account software
  • Liaising with external contacts and suppliers
  • Ad hoc administration duties

You will:

  • Work professionally as a member of the Administration team, communicating information efficiently and effectively to staff as required
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships quickly
  • Ensure queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Promote a good work environment
