To provide advice and support in the prime areas of MD, namely Accounts, Customers, Materials and Vendors, ensuring all users provide the relevant information to enable MD changes or updates to SAP.
To ensure all service level agreements are met in full
Maintain and develop MD SAP procedures, ensuring they are up to date and relevant
To provide back up for other members of the team, as appropriate.
Provide support to any projects or enhancements, which are carried out by the business, as directed by the UK SSC Accounts Receivable / Master Data Manager and/or UK Finance Director
Supporting the Master Data Manager with information requests through month end, assisting with production of reporting packs.
Working with the Finance Director and Auditors for information requests.
Skills and experience required:
The role would suit an individual with a high level of Excel, to include: Pivots and HLOOKUP. Basic VBA would also be advantageous.
Any previous experience within Master Data and advantage
Someone with a high attention to detail, analytical mind and not afraid to ask if something does not look right.
Good communication skills a must as this person will be visible in the business, interacting and supporting various different teams.
Experience with SAP
Experience working within a SSC environment and across multiple teams (AR/AP/GL)
