Element Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive for a brokerage based in central Bristol. They are a fast-growing business and they provide extensive solutions to their wide market.

They are looking for a candidate who either has a degree in marketing and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience either in house or agency-based marketing. Any brokerage or insurance knowledge would be an advantage.

• Ability to work as apart of a team and under your own initiative
• Personable and reliable
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues, senior management, external agencies and partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure articulation of organisation’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organisation, and assure communication of image and position, both internal and external
• Provide marketing support as appropriate in the development of new products and campaigns
• You will live within a commutable distance of Bristol
• Report to the Head of Marketing
