Element Recruitment have partnered with a charity in Central Bristol who are looking for a Marketing and Training Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. As the Marketing & Training Coordinator, you will play an integral role in effectively coordinating resources and supporting the Training/Accreditation Associates Team in delivering support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing efforts to promote resources and services to support the community
  • Develop content for various social media platforms to increase program visibility
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking trainers and venues
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and support directors with account maintenance
  • Conduct follow-up impact calls with service providers and assist with data analysis and report writing

Requirements:

  • Experience in projects-based team and event coordination
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage risks and issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and content creation for websites and social media

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, with remote working with 1 - 2 days in the Central Bristol office per month. This a part-time position with flexibility of 2-3 days per work and a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum on a full time basis.
