Management Accountant - Market leading brand - Bristol

Element recruitment are partnering alongside a reputable, market-leading business to recruit a Management Accountant. This role will be focused on business operations and building long-lasting relationships with key business stakeholders.

Following a recent acquisition, this role will take ownership of the full month-end process for the subsidiary including commentary and business support. 

As a Management Accountant you will be embedded within the group finance function and work closely with non-finance staff, supporting key stakeholders understand key financial information.

Accountabilities;

You’ll be a qualified accountant with a blend between both technical and operational finance experience. This role is very much a people-focussed and suited to someone who enjoys looking at the story behind the numbers.

You’ll also focus on:

• Building relationships with the executive leadership team in order to understand the business and the impact of operational changes
• Developing internal systems and processes within the group finance function
• Understanding and presentation of commercial/financial performance
