Management Accountant - Cheltenham

International and Award-Winning organisation in Cheltenham is seeking a Management Accountant. You will have competent management accounts experience and lead a team of 4-5. This is a hands on role, so you must be willing to get your hands dirty. It suits someone proactive, who enjoys adding value. 

Role responsibilities include:

• Oversee purchase & sales ledger processes
• Prepare weekly performance reports including variance analysis
• Reconcile and posting of credit card statements
• Support with preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
• Prepare monthly reporting packs
• Cash management and treasury duties
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns

Your profile:

• Proactive, enjoy continuous improvement
• Management Accounts experience
• Ability to lead a team (don't need to have previous management experience)
• Strong MS Excel
