Management Accountant - Cheltenham

UK Leading and recognisable brand in Cheltenham is seeking a Management Accountant. You will be a finalist / qualified accountant, who thrives in a busy environment. Reporting into the Head of Accounting, responsibilities will include:

• Managing the period-end close process and management accounts preparation
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with the business to translate financial and management information 
• Performance reporting, identifying areas of opportunity and risk
• Maintain an accurate reconciliation of balance sheet postings in regard to accruals, and prepayments
• Continuous process improvement

Your profile:

• Finalist / Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, which adapt appropriately to different environments and stakeholders
