Management Accountant

£ 30,000 - £ 40,000 | Wiltshire

As a Management Accountant, you will be assisting to produce management reports, budgets, and other financial analysis to enable the business to make well informed decisions. For the successful candidate, this position will offer a competitive salary as well as the opportunity to work within a very energetic working culture.

As a Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, in line with the month end timetable
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely basis
• Preparation of statutory accounts, liaison with external auditors, and monitoring of treasury
• Provision of management information and analysis in response to specific requests
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies whilst improving the quality of outputs

The skills you'll need to have are:

• Part Qualified/newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
• Good experience working within a finance team
• Experience in preparing year end accounts essential
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ideally you will have a background in construction
