Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful business, as they embark on an exciting time in their journey as they welcome a business acquisition to their group and look to appoint a number 2 to the Finance Director, in a Management Accountant / Finance Manager capacity.
Working closely with the Finance Director and MD, you will be responsible for the day to day running and outputs from finance, leading a small team. You will ensure management accounts and associated information packs are delivered on time, with great accuracy and be able to offer insight into business performance at senior management meetings. You will also be a key member of the team during the integration of an acquired business and play a pivotal role on a ERP system upgrade, later on this year.
You will consider yourself to be a hands on, experienced accountant. Qualified is preferred, but QBE candidates are considered. You will have strong Microsoft Excel experience, be comfortable to liaise with stakeholders both inside and outside of finance and ideally have experience of using SAGE accounting systems.
Paying up to £60,000 plus package, this business are operating hybrid working (3&2) but the successful applicant will be required to attend the office up to 5 days per week in the first few weeks of role.
The ideal candidate will be available on a short notice period, being able to start in early July and this role is offered on either a 6 month FTC to perm basis, or a straight permanent basis, dependent on discussion.
